Technical Trainer

Introduction:

As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technical training to internal teams and customers. You will play a crucial role in transferring knowledge effectively, helping users understand complex technical concepts, and ensuring that they are equipped to use our software platforms efficiently. Your ability to communicate clearly and engage audiences will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical training sessions to internal teams, customers, or both.
• Communicate technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Create and manage documentation, support guides, and learning resources.
• Run structured training programs such as onboarding sessions, recurring training, and office hours.
• Collaborate with customer success, product, and engineering teams to ensure effective training strategies.
• Take a customer-centric approach to training and provide support to users as needed.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience delivering technical or software training.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present content clearly.
• Ability to learn software platforms quickly and translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance.
• Experience creating or managing documentation, support guides, or learning resources.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to run structured training programs.
