job summary:
Join an enterprise technology team delivering next-generation financial planning, budgeting, and analytics solutions. As the SAC Planning Onshore Lead, you will architect and implement scalable SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning environments deeply integrated with modern SAP cloud and data platforms. This is a 13-month hybrid engagement based out of Irving, TX.

responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAC Planning and Reporting solutions supporting enterprise financial forecasting, budgeting, and analytics.
- Architect and integrate cloud-based FP&A solutions across SAC, SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, and S/4HANA environments.
- Build and refine SAC planning models, custom stories, interactive dashboards, financial allocations, and predictive models.
- Partner directly with business and finance stakeholders to convert strategic objectives into robust technical deliverables.
- Ensure data integrity, validation, and system performance optimization across integrated SAP and non-SAP data sources.
- Deliver technical leadership, governance, best practices, and delivery oversight from initial blueprint through deployment and post-go-live phases.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Graduation) or equivalent experience.
8+ years of dedicated experience across SAC Planning, SAP BPC, SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, and S/4HANA.
Proven track record architecting enterprise-scale cloud FP&A and analytics landscapes.
Demonstrated ability to build complex planning models, allocations, and predictive planning solutions.
Ability to work on-site 3 days per week in Irving, TX.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced, hands-on depth with SAP Datasphere data modeling and integration.
Experience delivering enterprise solutions within structured Technology Services or Application Managed Services environments.
