Role: Java Full-Stack Developer with Python

Locations: New York, NY (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

F2F Interview: Video Conference

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3- 4 Days every week. Local or
candidates from adjacent states only.

Required Skills:

·         7 years of solid hands-on experience using
Angular(JavaScript), Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservice architecture,
Hazlecast(Distributed Cache)

·         Hands on experience in Python is required.

·         AI SDLC - Spec Driven Design AI development experience,
Design/development reimagine workflows using Agentic orchestration.

·         Hands on experience with MS SQL/RDBMS or NoSQL MongoDB
including complex SQL, Stored Proc and performance tuning.

·         Good problem-solving skills, Analytical, Self Driven, Passion
for innovation.

·         Good communication and presentation skills: ability to
communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups
and with staff from junior to senior levels


Desired Skills:

·         Good understanding of financial markets , various capital
market assets class with focus on Equity, Banking or Financial industry
project experience.

·         Experience with Co-pilot and Spec Driven Development, AI
proficiency , Agentic orchestration of business process.

Actual compensation depends on experience
and interview evaluation.
