Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Execution Consultant 4 to join our team on a contingent basis. This role involves strategic planning and operations, with a focus on delivering technology solutions and driving change execution. The consultant will work on projects in areas such as middle office, derivatives confirmations, securities, operations, and settlements, with an emphasis on scalability, automation, and achieving target states. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets, sales, and trading, along with experience in business case creation, risk management, and technology collaboration.
Responsibilities: - Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
- Review and analyze multifaceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate strategically with client personnel to meet deliverables.
- Support middle office, derivative operational space, and collateral management projects.
- Drive discussions and actively participate in project delivery and execution.
- Develop and articulate ideas, logical paths, and requirements clearly through presentations.
- Manage risk issues, decision points, and communication with leadership.
- Work with technology teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Utilize Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Excel for project management and moderately complex data analysis.
- Develop test strategies, test cases, and manage release processes.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.
- Ability to take complex ideas and communicate them clearly and effectively.
- Experience in capital markets, sales, and trading is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform moderately complex data analysis.
- Experience in change execution and delivery of technology solutions.
- SQL knowledge is not required but indicates technical and methodical acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay Range: $60 - $65
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
