ServiceNow Administrator with Vulnerability Response module experience.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team and support the development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Vulnerability Response (VR) modules—particularly around container and application vulnerabilities—as well as Cloud Discovery and ITSM processes.
This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing existing ServiceNow capabilities, supporting IT operations, and working closely with our security and infrastructure teams to ensure the platform is optimized for vulnerability and cloud asset visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Manage and optimize the Vulnerability Response module, including integrations with container and application vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, etc.).
- Maintain and enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Implement and configure Cloud Discovery using ServiceNow Discovery and/or third-party integrations to track cloud assets (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Assist with basic Flow Designer automation in support of ITSM processes.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure vulnerabilities are identified, tracked, and remediated within SLAs.
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate system health and vulnerability trends.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in data integrity, security, and ServiceNow governance.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience administering ServiceNow in a medium to large enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Vulnerability Response module (including application and container vulnerabilities)
- Cloud Discovery and related configuration

- ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
- Basic experience with Flow Designer for workflow automation.
- Understanding of vulnerability management principles and processes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS (basic navigation, asset identification).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party security tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, AWS Inspector).
- Familiarity with CMDB best practices.
- Exposure to ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Dashboards, or Reporting.
