Summary

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic Ambulatory + BH Analyst for a 3 month Staff Aug opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Provide production support for Epic Ambulatory and Behavioral Health applications, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests
Build, test, and maintain Ambulatory and Behavioral Health workflows, including SmartTools, templates, and visit navigators
Partner with clinical and operational end users to gather requirements and turn them into system solutions
Perform unit, integrated, and regression testing for fixes, enhancements, and upgrades
Document build, configuration changes, and workflow decisions
Participate in change management and upgrade activities

Requirements:

Epic Ambulatory Analyst experience required
Experience supporting Behavioral Health workflows in Epic
Epic Ambulatory certification preferred
Working knowledge of outpatient clinical workflows
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
