Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of progressive experience across workflow automation, software engineering, intelligent automation, AI solutions delivery, or related technical domains.
  • Proven track record architecting, building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade automation ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding cross-functional teams and providing technical direction on enterprise programs.
  • Practical proficiency with modern generative and agentic platforms (such as Google Gemini / Vertex AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or adjacent LLM orchestration frameworks) alongside enterprise automation suites (such as Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
  • Working expertise with REST APIs, system integrations, SQL, scripting languages, webhooks, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search paradigms, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) security frameworks.
  • Strong background in business process assessment, requirements gathering, and quantifiable value realization.

Education:

Required:
  • Leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Business, Operations, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience/training).

Preferred:
  • Industry certifications in enterprise automation tools, cloud ecosystems, AI applications, software architecture, Lean/Six Sigma/process improvement, project delivery, or enterprise architecture.

Specialized Skills:
  • Ability to lead automation initiatives from discovery through deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Strong business process analysis and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and solution tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, documentation, and project delivery skills.
  • Knowledge of secure development practices, access controls, data protection, change management, and operational resiliency.
  • Understanding of responsible AI principles, governance, monitoring, and human oversight.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing and evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and adaptability.
