PETADATA is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in leading complex projects end to end. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure
   

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
   

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
   

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
   

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technical, and vendor teams
   

• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
   

• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
   

• Ensure adherence to project management standards, processes, and best practices
   

• Drive Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies as applicable
   

• Mentor junior project managers and team members
   

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing complex IT or business projects
   

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
   

• Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
   

• Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel
   

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
   

• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
   

• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively
   

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
   

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
