Prior experience providing leadership for network services practices or engagement portfolios in a consulting or professional services environment.



Prior experience in presales support, solution design, and proposal development for complex client solutions, including managed network and NOC engagements and infrastructure and deployment services engagements.



Proven track record of cost estimation and pricing methodologies.



Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical engagements and drive successful outcomes.



Experience in Global Delivery models balancing offshore, nearshore, and onshore teams.



Excellent communication and leadership skills.



Proven experience mentoring and developing technical teams.



Deep understanding of enterprise network architecture across campus, data center, WAN, and cloud networking, including hybrid connectivity models.



Proven experience designing and implementing network solutions across major vendor ecosystems, such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Networks.



Familiarity with the network requirements of AI workloads, including high-throughput low-latency data center fabrics, GPU cluster networking, and east-west traffic optimization.



Expertise in network automation and configuration management, with experience using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Cisco NSO/Catalyst Center, and familiarity with AIOps and AI-assisted network operations platforms.
