Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Report Developer with strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL to design, develop, and support reporting solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), and Expenses, and should be able to build complex reports and data extracts to support business needs.

Design, develop, and maintain reports and data extracts in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts).
Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
Create reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
Support reporting for Payroll, Benefits, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), and Expenses modules.
