SAP Finance Consultant

Location – Irving, Texas, Onsite (Need Only Local)

Contract

Job Duties –

Support and maintain SAP Finance (FI) processes with a focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury functions.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and drive system optimization initiatives.
Configure and support AP, AR, Cash Management, Bank Accounting, and Treasury-related processes within SAP.
Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and production support for finance-related system issues.
Support end-to-end AP processes, including vendor master data, invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor reconciliation.
Support AR processes, including customer billing, cash application, collections, credit management, and account reconciliation.
Collaborate with Treasury teams on cash positioning, liquidity management, bank integrations, and reconciliation activities.
Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to implement enhancements and system changes.
Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, audit requirements, and company policies.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, and Accounting.
Support SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
