We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Messaging and Collaboration Administrator is responsible for supporting the organization’s Exchange, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams environments. This role ensures reliable email and collaboration services, supports hybrid environments, manages security configurations, and provides advanced troubleshooting for messaging and collaboration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments.
· Maintain hybrid Exchange configurations and support mailbox migrations to Microsoft 365.
· Administer the Microsoft Teams platform, including user policies, access controls, and collaboration settings.
· Monitor and manage email security platforms, including spam filtering and phishing protection.
· Troubleshoot and resolve email, Teams, and collaboration service issues.
· Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration and reporting tasks.
· Support Microsoft 365 compliance features, including retention and eDiscovery.
· Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for messaging and collaboration services.
Required Qualifications
· 3–5 years of experience administering Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments.
· Experience managing Exchange Server (2016 or later) and Exchange Online.
· Experience administering Microsoft Teams.
· Experience working with hybrid Exchange environments and mailbox migrations.
· Experience using PowerShell for administration and automation.
· Experience supporting enterprise email security solutions (Proofpoint or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
· Microsoft 365 certifications related to Messaging, Teams, or Security.
· Experience with email platform migrations or enterprise collaboration deployments.
· Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate.
