Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED

  • Vocational or technical education preferred

  • Two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training

  • Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics

  • Ability to interpret basic mechanical blueprints

  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly methods

  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work safely around machinery and electrical systems

  • Able to lift 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching

  • Ability to operate material-handling equipment and move or rig machinery safely

  • Willingness to wear required PPE and work in a moderately loud industrial setting

  • Ability to travel to customer facilities when needed


Job Duties:


  • Manufacture, assemble, test, repair, and package automation components

  • Build production and prototype assemblies from engineering specifications

  • Evaluate components for quality and proper fit

  • Document and report discrepancies through the quality system

  • Plan and complete assigned production tasks efficiently

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality and delivery goals

  • Assist supervisors with production planning and coordination

  • Follow ISO procedures, work instructions, and documentation standards

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

  • Recommend improvements to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

  • Support equipment installation and startup at customer facilities
