We''re looking for an experienced Microsoft Exchange Administrator with strong hands-on experience in migrating on-premises Exchange environments between companies.

Key Skills:

Microsoft Exchange Server (2013/2016/2019)
On-premises Exchange administration
Exchange migration between organizations (cross-company/cross-forest)
Mailbox, distribution list, and shared mailbox migrations
Active Directory & PowerShell
Exchange Hybrid / Microsoft 365 experience is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and migration planning skills

Preferred Experience:

5+ years of Microsoft Exchange Administration
Experience with company mergers, acquisitions, or tenant consolidations
Familiarity with migration tools such as Quest or BitTitan is a plus
