Informatica MDM / Customer 360 Application

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement test data strategies for Informatica MDM / Customer 360, ETL, and enterprise data integration applications.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities for MDM platforms, Customer 360 solutions, ETL pipelines, data marts, and data warehouses.
• Act as a Test Lead, driving test planning, estimation, execution, defect management, stakeholder communication, and coordination across onsite/offshore teams.
• Identify and validate data migration, transformation, integration, and reconciliation scenarios, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Design, develop, and optimize test cases to validate ETL workflows, MDM processes, and customer data consolidation.
• Validate data governance, data quality rules, match/merge logic, survivorship rules, hierarchy management, and golden record creation.
• Write and review complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation scripts to verify business rules and transformation logic.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA, development, and data engineering teams to ensure quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Automate test data generation, data validation, and regression testing processes using Python-based automation frameworks and scripts.
• Mentor team members, conduct test reviews, and drive best practices for MDM, ETL, and data quality testing.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in MDM Testing, including Informatica MDM and Customer 360 implementations.
• Strong experience in testing Customer 360, Customer Master Data Management, golden record creation, match/merge, survivorship, and data quality processes.
• Hands-on experience in ETL Testing and data migration validation.
• Experience leading QA/testing teams and managing testing deliverables in complex transformation programs.
• Advanced SQL skills with expertise in complex queries, stored procedures, and large-scale data validation.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, master data management, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in data quality checks, data reconciliation, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting data issues.
• Strong Python automation experience for test automation, data validation, test data management, and process optimization.
• Experience working with Agile delivery models and enterprise data transformation initiatives.
