Logistics Scheduler
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Employment Type: W2 Contract 6-Months
Role Overview:
The Logistics Scheduler is responsible for aligning production schedules with customer demands and ensuring operational efficiency. This role involves coordinating work orders, managing inventory, and communicating daily plans to production teams to meet delivery requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Production Coordination (45%): Define and coordinate production scheduling requirements to meet customer needs. Ensure all work orders are accurate for production reporting and shop floor control. Manage rapid response requirements for specific product lines.
• Inventory & Order Management (30%): Assist in controlling inventory levels to fulfill incoming orders. Code and process orders by recording job tickets, standards, tolerances, and special instructions. Order packaging materials as needed and accommodate high-priority requests.
• Workflow Integration (20%): Coordinate daily workloads with crew members to ensure demand requirements are met. Deliver daily plans and work orders to the appropriate personnel to maintain continuous operations.
• General Support (5%): Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics and production departments.
