Location: Hybrid(Newark, NJ)

Duration: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Developer with strong development expertise, hands-on experience in Sitecore XM Cloud, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will work in an Agile environment, build scalable digital solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure project development environments.
• Promote and follow development best practices.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum team to deliver high-quality software.
• Perform code reviews and collaborate with developers.
• Deliver technical solution demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide effort estimates for development work.
• Contribute to solution design and implementation decisions.
• Support production deployments and post-deployment activities.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of web development experience with strong Sitecore expertise.
• Experience in Sitecore development, customization, and configuration.
• Strong expertise in frontend development using React.js and Next.js
• Extensive experience implementing Sitecore XM Cloud solutions with React and Next.js applications.
• Proven ability to build reusable, scalable components integrated with Sitecore CMS.
• Strong understanding of designing future-proof microsite architectures, considering scalability and maintainability.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate current vs. future implementation of trade-offs effectively.
• Experience developing high-performance, secure, and maintainable code.
• Hands-on experience integrating Sitecore XM Cloud Page Builder, drag-and-drop components, and personalization features into frontend applications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new features and integrations within the Sitecore XM Cloud ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Sitecore XM Cloud best practices, design patterns, and common implementation pitfalls.
• Experience in structuring and organizing CMS content models with a long-term approach.
• Proficiency in developing Sitecore GraphQL queries for efficient content integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Proficiency in Git and/or TFS.
• Experience with TDS (Team Development for Sitecore).
