We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Business Systems Analyst with strong domain expertise in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Patient Support Services environments. The ideal candidate must have experience working in regulated environments and possess strong knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy standards.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Patient Support Services
- Strong understanding of regulated environments and HIPAA compliance
- Experience with CRM or patient management platforms such as Salesforce Health Cloud, Veeva, or similar
- Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Patient Support Programs (PSP)
- Intelligent onboarding workflows
- Adherence and patient engagement programs
- Affordability workflows including copay, benefits verification, and reimbursement support
- Specialty pharmacy process knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards
