Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing HCM reports and dashboards, with strong knowledge of HR/HCM data structures, statistical modeling, forecasting, and workforce analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related technical, quantitative, or business field, with 5+ years of experience.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in workforce or people analytics, preferably with Oracle HC
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
