Position: Technical Business Analyst - Physical Inventory management

Business Analyst / Product Owner
Seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of a strategic Inventory Management System for Physical Commodities, initially focused on Precious and Base Metals, with expansion into Energy and Agricultural Commodities.
The resource will work closely with the Product Manager, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define requirements, design solutions, and support successful delivery of the Inventory management system.
Responsibilities
• Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define and deliver business and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze inventory, logistics, trade operations, data flows, system integrations, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support SIT/UAT testing, defect triage, implementation, and production releases.
• Assist with backlog management and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and operational processes.
Preferred Experience
• Physical Commodity Inventory Management, Trade Operations, Scheduling, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Precious Metals, Base Metals, Energy, or Agricultural Commodities.
• Experience with system integrations, enterprise applications, APIs, messaging platforms, and data analysis.
Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years of Technical Business Analysis / SQL / DB /Scripts
• Strong Agile delivery experience.
• Experience working across business and technology teams
