Supply Chain Analyst

Introduction:

The Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in the planning and UAT processes within the supply chain team. They will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, conducting UAT testing, and ensuring the smooth operation of supply planning processes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize supply chain planning tools and systems to analyze data and generate insights.
• Conduct UAT testing, including validation, defect tracking, and documentation.
• Validate supply planning processes, including Make/Buy/Hybrid scenarios.
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM), replenishment planning, and inventory management.
• Create and maintain Power BI reporting and dashboards for supply chain analytics.
• Support Contract Manufacturing projects by providing supply chain expertise.
• Collaborate with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) operations for seamless integration.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Strong UAT experience, including testing, validation, defect tracking, and documentation.
• Experience validating supply planning processes, including Make/Buy/Hybrid scenarios.
• Knowledge of BOM, replenishment planning, inventory management, and data validation.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Experience supporting Contract Manufacturing projects.
• Experience working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) operations, logistics processes, or 3PL integrations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
