6 to 10 years in Intelligent Document Processing IDP BPM and enterprise automation solutions
Role Overview
The Tungsten TotalAgility Developer Lead will be responsible for designing developing and supporting enterprisescale automation solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility formerly Kofax TotalAgility
The role requires strong handson technical expertise banking domain knowledge infrastructure awareness and the ability to lead teams while engaging directly with business and client stakeholders
Scope of Responsibilities
Solution Design Development
Design and implement endtoend solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility
Configure and customize workflows using Tungsten TotalAgility Designer and Transformation Modules
Develop custom components and integrations using NET C#
Build intelligent document processing solutions involving classification extraction validation and workflow orchestration
Apply innovative and optimized approaches to process automation
Banking Domain Expertise
Demonstrated understanding of banking document processing including
Cheques personal business cashiers checks
Lockbox and remittance documents
Account opening KYC and onboarding documents
Loan mortgage and statement processing
Ability to configure document classification and extraction based on bankspecific document types layouts and compliance needs
Reporting Data Management
Design and support dashboards and reports using Tungsten Insight formerly Kofax Insight
Develop and maintain reports KPIs and operational metrics
Strong experience with SQL Server including
Complex queries
Stored procedures
Reporting and performance optimization
Handson experience with Tungsten TotalAgility and reporting databases
Infrastructure Cloud Release Management
Strong understanding of Tungsten TotalAgility server architecture including application web transformation and database servers
Experience performing
Product upgrades
Fix pack installations
Environment patching and maintenance
Working knowledge of cloud platforms Azure AWS
Understanding of DevOps and release management practices including deployment coordination and environment management
Support Operational Excellence
Provide L2L3 production support for Tungsten TotalAgility applications
Troubleshoot suspended jobs workflow failures infrastructure issues and performance bottlenecks
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions
Delivery Governance Tools
Operate within Change and Release Management frameworks
Work in AgileScrum delivery models
Use JIRA for requirement tracking user stories defects and sprint execution
Contribute to delivery planning estimations and continuous improvement initiatives
Leadership Client Engagement
Lead and mentor development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and delivery standards
Participate in client discussions including
Requirements analysis
Design reviews
Status reporting and issue resolution
Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
