• Establish and maintain Microsoft 365 and identity services including Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Intune, and Defender platforms
• Perform hands-on audits, troubleshooting, and incident management across cloud, network, server, and endpoint systems
• Define infrastructure standards, architecture patterns, and operational frameworks to support reliability, security, and scalability
• Lead infrastructure components of strategic projects such as migrations, site deployments, and security initiatives
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure infrastructure supports application, data, and service delivery needs
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code practices
Key Requirements
• 7 plus years of hands-on infrastructure engineering or administration experience with increasing responsibility
• Deep, practical experience with Azure infrastructure including landing zones, VNets, firewalls, subscriptions, governance, and hybrid identity
• Strong technical background in Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and endpoint security
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, and advanced troubleshooting
• Experience operating or building hybrid AD environments, DNS, DHCP, certificates, backup, and DR solutions
• Proven ability to lead complex incident response efforts with clear communication and structured root cause analysis
• Experience with Jira and familiarity with AI driven solutions to enhance automation and streamline user support
