 Identifying and inventory existing asset inventories for key products in Prod Env.
- Define a standard set of requirements and proposed technical solution for the CMDB (future state - Centralized one).
- Develop an implementation plan for adopting the solution across all key products with committed milestones and dates from stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of the proposed CMDB solution (Centralized and/or Legacy to incorporate CMDB standard requirements) across the production environment.
