About the Role

We are seeking an execution-focused Product Manager / Project Manager to lead infrastructure automation and internal platform initiatives. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across engineering teams, partnering closely with infrastructure and operations stakeholders to ensure predictable, production-ready outcomes.

This is not a research or experimentation role it is delivery-driven, execution-oriented, and focused on operational excellence.

What You ll Own

• Lead infrastructure automation and internal platform initiatives from intake through production release

• Partner with infrastructure and operations stakeholders to clarify needs, priorities, and measurable success criteria

• Translate ambiguous business requests into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready backlogs

• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives

• Coordinate onshore offshore engineering teams to ensure aligned execution and predictable delivery

• Track risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery milestones

• Balance feature velocity with operational reliability and safety

• Ensure delivered solutions are production-ready, adopted, and operationally sustainable

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Project Manager within software engineering environments

• Demonstrated experience working with infrastructure, platform, or operations teams

• Strong experience coordinating onshore offshore engineering teams

• Proven ability to independently lead projects end-to-end

• Experience managing Agile delivery (backlogs, sprint cycles, stakeholder demos)

• Ability to translate complex, ambiguous requirements into actionable engineering work

• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience embedding AI into software products and defining AI-driven business process use cases

Highly Preferred

• Experience with Business Process Automation

• Exposure to Agentic AI and/or Generative AI implementations

• Experience building or managing internal tools, platforms, or developer productivity systems

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred)

• Experience managing embedded or staff-augmentation engineering teams

• Comfort operating in evolving, fast-moving environments
