The Estimating & Procurement Manager plays a key role in supporting operational readiness and company growth by overseeing project estimating, bid development, purchasing, vendor relationships, material sourcing, and job cost management. This position works closely with Operations, Accounting, field leadership, and company leadership to ensure projects are accurately estimated, materials and services are sourced efficiently, and costs are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop accurate and timely project estimates and bids.
Source and procure materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
Build and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
Track project costs against estimates and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain estimating, purchasing, inventory, and vendor records.
Partner with Operations and Accounting to support job costing, billing, and project needs.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor''s Degree: A degree in Careers360 Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
Work Experience: 5 to 10 years working in cost estimation, quantity takeoff, bidding, or industrial procurement environments.
