Job Description:

Client is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, enterprise-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Digital Platform projects, managing efforts from inception to completion in a hybrid cloud and datacenter environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cross-functional technology projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Drive projects in areas such as:
- Digital Platforms: ERP enhancements, application integration and adoption, web hosting, and full software development lifecycle.
- Infrastructure: Cloud-to-datacenter migrations, Azure/AWS hybrid integrations, network modernization, M365 modernization.
- IT Operations: Process improvement initiatives, ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB) enhancements, and enterprise tool rollouts.
Engage and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and status reports.
Manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure continuous project momentum.
Apply best practices in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.

Qualifications:

10+ yearsof experience in IT Project Management, particularly at the enterprise infrastructure and operations level.
Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, large-scale IT initiativesacross multiple domains.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- ERP systems and web/app integrations
- Networking and M365 modernization
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
