Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with strong experience in enterprise-grade telecom domain solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and delivering scalable and resilient systems using modern reactive architectures. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep telecom domain understanding, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Technical Skills

Domain Expertise

• Telecom Inventory / Networking Solutions
• 5G Architecture & Core Engineering
• Ethernet Backhaul Networks
• Edge Network Systems

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deliver complex enterprise telecom inventory solutions from concept to deployment
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across development teams
• Translate complex telecom business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Define and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, and design principles
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Required Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in enterprise application development
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot WebFlux, and reactive systems
• Proven experience in telecom domain projects (inventory/networking preferred)
• Experience working with distributed systems and microservices architecture
