Role Descriptions:

strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and Appian low-code platform to drive digital transformation initiatives.

The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams| ensuring efficient process automation| solution design| and delivery of scalable Appian applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit| analyze| and document business requirements (functional and non-functional).
3. Conduct workshops| interviews| and process walkthroughs to understand current-state processes (AS-IS) and define future-state (TO-BE).
4. Translate business needs into clear user stories| use cases| and acceptance criteria.
5. Act as a trusted advisor to business and product owners.
6. BPM & Process Optimization
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement| automation| and re-engineering.
8. Create process maps| BPMN diagrams| workflows| and decision models.
9. Define KPIs and ensure continuous process monitoring and optimization.
10. Leverage Appians process modeling capabilities to design end-to-end workflows.
11. Appian Platform Expertise
12. Work closely with Appian developers to design and deliver solutions using:
13. Appian Process ModelerRecords| Interfaces (SAIL)| and ReportsIntegration objects (REST/SOAP APIs)Decision rules and expression rules
14. Support solution design| backlog grooming| and sprint planning in Agile environments.
15. Validate solution design to ensure alignment with business requirements.
16. Requirements Management & Documentation
17. Develop and maintain: Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
18. User Stories and Epics (Agile format)Ensure traceability from requirements through testing and deployment.
19. Maintain proper documentation for compliance and audits.
20. Agile Delivery & Collaboration
21. Work within Agile/Scrum teams as a BA or Product Owner proxy.
