Summary

Kronos / UKG WFM Consultant

Introduction:

As a Kronos / UKG WFM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and upgrading UKG Workforce Management platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in Kronos and UKG Pro WFM platforms will be crucial in the development of complex solutions for HR, payroll, and workforce management workflows.

Responsibilities:

Implement and upgrade UKG Workforce Management platforms, with a focus on UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) platform
Conduct requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders
Prepare functional/technical design documents, configuration templates, UAT scripts, and project artifacts
Understand HR, payroll, and workforce management business workflows and integration landscape
Develop solutions for labor compliance and break laws related to WFM
Knowledge of UKG modules such as Forecasting, Advance Scheduling, and Data hub
Collaborate with technical teams to develop integration solutions using UKG Boomi

Requirements:

Required Skills:

5-8 years of experience in implementation/upgrade of UKG Workforce Management platforms
Experience in UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) platform in areas of Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation, Basic Scheduling modules
Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management business workflows
Knowledge of labor compliance and break laws related to WFM
Ability to conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare project documentation

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Forecasting, Advance Scheduling, and Data hub modules
Experience with UKG Boomi integrations
Ability to coordinate with technical teams for integration solutions
