Job Details

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the California Bar

Prior experience in trusts and estates law, including experience with some combination of:

  • Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related estate planning documents
  • Estate and trust administration
  • Advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries
  • Estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
  • Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working collaboratively with colleagues
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
