Ankeny, IA, you will:
- Plans, coordinates, and performs manufacturing engineering work for a project or process
- Operates in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfillment process
- At this level, projects are of limited scope and responsibility work plans and decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors and/or managers
- May assign coordinate and review portions of the work for support personnel and contractors

What Skills You Need- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/materials processes and process improvement
- Ability to analyze technical information and support process design and feasibility testing
- Understanding engineering standards, specifications, and quality inspections
- Ability to identify issues and recommend corrective actions under guidance
- Experience coordinating with suppliers/subcontractors and supporting contract activities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% and support off- shift schedules based on business needs
What Makes You Standout - Familiarity with welding processes
- Knowledge of basic robot programing
- Ability to identify process gaps and support improvements using change management practices
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems and ability to support team adoption
- Exposure to product development and engineering activities, including analyzing customer needs
- Experience working within project management plans to support delivery of goals
Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent related work experience
