Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop scalable Microservices architecture for high-availability applications.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, DevOps, QA, and product teams.
Participate in system architecture, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
Implement security best practices including OAuth2, JWT, SSL, and authentication mechanisms.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in Java Backend Development.
Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17.
Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security.
Strong experience in Microservices Architecture.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and API design.
Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).
Experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Strong knowledge of Git version control.
Experience with Maven or Gradle.
Familiarity with Redis or other caching technologies.
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
