Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile delivery initiatives and ensure predictable, high-quality releases across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale Agile programs, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering complex technology initiatives while maintaining clear communication with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery Management

• Support and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Partner closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams to ensure backlog readiness and smooth delivery.

• Manage release planning and execution across multiple teams.

• Ensure predictable and timely delivery of project milestones.

Project Planning & Governance

• Define project scope, milestones, and work breakdown structures (WBS).

• Manage critical paths and delivery dependencies.

• Maintain and track RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to proactively address project challenges.

Stakeholder & Leadership Communication

• Provide clear status updates and reporting to senior leadership.

• Manage expectations across Technology, Product, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams.

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery, operational, and regulatory risks.

• Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment among multiple stakeholders.

• Promote an enterprise-first mindset and drive accountability across teams.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of project management principles, including:

  • Scope definition

  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

  • Milestones and critical path analysis

• Experience managing RAID logs and project risks.

• Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Rally.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working as Release Train Engineer (RTE), Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master.

• Experience managing large enterprise Agile programs.
