Required Education:

•           Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

Senior Software Engineer - backend Java Developer.  NOT interested in UI/Full Stack Developers or Architects. 

Education:

•           Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering, or related field, plus 10+ years of experience

Qualifications:

•           Required skills: 10+ years of experience with Java 17 plus, strong backend development experience.

Expert Java Development: 10 years of deep back-end Java experience.

•           AWS Cloud Native: 5+ years minimum using CloudFormation, ECS Clusters, Lambda, Fargate, S3, and IAM roles.

•           Architecture: Proven experience with Microservices and Event-driven patterns.

•           Databases: Proficiency in both Relational (MySQL/Oracle) and NoSQL (DynamoDB/Cassandra/Mongo).

•           DevOps/CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins pipelines.

Job Duties:

•           Design, code, test, and debug high-complexity back-end programs. Perform system administration and integration for "purchased" vs "built" solutions.

•           Provide project management and technical guidance to junior team members; conduct PR reviews.

•           Active participation in Scrum (Daily Standups, Grooming, Retros, and Demos).
