Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MarkLogic Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise applications built on the MarkLogic platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with MarkLogic database development, XQuery, XML/JSON data modeling, and REST-based integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop applications using MarkLogic Server as a NoSQL document database.
Build and optimize XQuery, XPath, and REST APIs.
Perform data ingestion, transformation, and indexing of XML, JSON, and unstructured data.
Design and implement content models, metadata models, and search features.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations with external systems.
Implement security, role-based access control (RBAC), and permissions in MarkLogic.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize queries and indexes.
Work closely with business analysts, architects, and application teams.
Provide production support, enhancements, and documentation.
