Helpdesk Analyst

Overview
The client seeks a Help Desk Analyst to support its background check program, which uses criminal justice data to help employers assess applicant and employee qualifications. The candidate will interact with employers via email, phone, and other channels to set up and maintain accounts, manage user access, update information, and provide ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain employer accounts and users in the client s portal
• Verify employer eligibility for accounts
• Assist users with access issues and account updates
• Provide customer support and resolve issues promptly
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Handle account maintenance and related administrative tasks

• Advanced computer skills (8+ years)
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities (8+ years)
• Ability to analyze data, reason logically, and draw valid conclusions (8+ years)
• Excellent customer relations skills (8+ years)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (8+ years)
