Summary

Job Title: Network Designer
Number of Roles: 2
Location: St. Louis, MO go onsite 3–4 days per week
Duration: 6+ Months

Note : Need local candidates local to St. Louis, MO

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer with strong focus on network design
Experience in designing and architecting complex LAN environments, preferably in the manufacturing space
Strong knowledge of routing, VLANs, subnetting, and voice/video protocols
Experience with wired and wireless campus Ethernet technologies
Understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs
Ability to provide Level 3 support for incident/problem management and network troubleshooting
Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools
Knowledge of network performance optimization including QoS, load balancing, and traffic shaping
Strong documentation skills to create and maintain network diagrams and configurations
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including WAN/MAN, cabling teams, and project managers
CCNA certification or equivalent experience (4–5 years)
Knowledge of RFID passive/active technologies is a plus
