Rolling out a SaaS platform is easy on paper.

The real challenge is making sure it actually works for the people using it on day one.

We’re looking for a SaaS Implementation Lead who can guide customers and internal teams from first demo through launch and stabilization. Someone who understands that successful deployments are about clear requirements, thoughtful configuration, and strong coordination across multiple teams.

You’ll lead discovery sessions, run product demonstrations, gather operational requirements, and translate those needs into platform configurations and rollout plans. From kickoff through go-live, you’ll own the implementation lifecycle and ensure each deployment is organized, predictable, and ready for real-world use.

Must haves
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, consulting, or platform program ownership
• Experience leading implementations from discovery through go-live
• Experience delivering product demonstrations or solution walkthroughs
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, configuration-based systems, and workflow tools
• Ability to translate operational requirements into system configuration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple implementations at the same time

Nice to have
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Experience implementing workforce technology or operational platforms
• Experience building onboarding frameworks or repeatable implementation playbooks
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools
• Spanish language capability

You’ll also help shape the implementation process itself. That means identifying ways to improve onboarding workflows, creating playbooks that make deployments more repeatable, and introducing automation where it makes sense.

This role works closely with Product, IT, Operations, and leadership teams to ensure each rollout is aligned and fully prepared before launch. Clear communication, organization, and follow-through are critical.
