The ERP Platform Developer designs, builds, and maintains critical integrations and custom applications connecting Workday and SAP Ariba with internal and external systems. This role leverages modern integration tools (Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs, Web Services, Orchestration, Workday Extend) while contributing to an early-stage transition to SAP Ariba's Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain robust data integrations for master and transactional data across Workday and Ariba environments.
- Develop custom applications using Workday Extend and build integrations using Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Utilize Ariba REST APIs, ITK, and Configuration Management to optimize procurement workflows.
- Support the platform transition to SAP Ariba BTP by leveraging Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors.
- Implement integration monitoring, alerting, and automated error-handling mechanisms.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal cross-functional teams using Agile (Kanban/Scrum) methodologies.
Key Qualifications- Workday & Ariba Expertise: 3-5 years of integration development experience with Workday and/or SAP Ariba.
- Core Technologies: Strong hands-on experience with WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, Groovy, etc.).
- Integration Patterns: Direct experience with Cloud-based integration design, event-driven architectures, and API management.
- Methodology: Proven background working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
