Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Systems Engineer 1 to join our team in Canton, MS.

In this role, you'll support manufacturing, supply chain, and facility operations by helping design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain communication, control, quality, and monitoring systems. You'll work on system and process equipment improvements, support model change initiatives, and help ensure reliable, efficient operations throughout the facility.

A Day in the Life:
The responsibilities listed are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties for this role.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while improving reliability, uptime, accuracy, and overall system usability. Analyze trends, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement software and hardware solutions in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Who We're Looking For

Required:
  • 0-1 years of IS/IT experience and an Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Microsoft .Net C#, Visual Basic, and SQL.
  • Experience in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Object oriented programming and design experience.
  • Proficient in utilizing specialized software to design and develop highly technical applications.
  • The ability to work on-site in Canton, MS.

Desired:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have above average troubleshooting and computer skills.
  • The ability to collect, analyze and develop solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.
