Job Overview:
Pay Range: $190000Years - $194000Years
  • Lead and manage enterprise-level IT programs by aligning technology initiatives with business goals and strategic objectives. Ensure effective coordination of multiple projects, resource optimization, and successful program delivery through structured governance and continuous improvement practices.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate various IT projects to ensure alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, including project goals, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Manage program and project budgets to ensure efficient use of financial resources.
  • Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and promote collaboration across departments.
  • Communicate project progress, changes, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
  • Track project milestones and evaluate performance against defined objectives.
  • Ensure availability of required resources including personnel, tools, and technology.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as plans, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Ensure strong project governance and compliance with internal audit requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.

Qualification And Education:

Experience:
  • 10 years of experience in technology program and project management.
  • 15+ years of experience preferred in technology program and project management.
  • Experience with PPM tools such as Planisware.
