ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer with at least 2 years of
hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate holds an active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
and is comfortable working within a structured delivery environment, collaborating with both business and
technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities
● Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow applications and modules (including Customer
Service Management (CSM) and custom solutions) based on business requirements.
● Design and implement platform logic using:
○ Flow Designer / Workflows
○ Business Rules
○ Client Scripts
○ UI Policies
○ Script Includes
● Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to support operational
visibility and decision-making.
● Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and data import
mechanisms (Import Sets & Transform Maps).
● Perform unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage deployments
across environments following ServiceNow best practices.
● Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing system and
user support.
● Maintain technical documentation and contribute to coding standards, governance, and platform
optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications
● 2+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
● ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — Required.
● Strong experience with:
○ ServiceNow platform configuration and customization
○ JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting framework
○ SDLC methodologies, version control, and release management processes
● Ability to translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementations.
● Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred / Nice to Have
● ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
● Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules:
○ ITSM
○ CSM
● Experience with UI Builder and Next Experience Framework.
● Exposure to Agile delivery environments.
