Job Description
We are seeking a Senior SRE Engineer with 8+ years of experience in site reliability, automation, and production operations. The ideal candidate will focus on improving system reliability, reducing operational overhead, and delivering scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve system reliability and customer experience.
- Design, code, test, and deliver solutions to automate manual operational tasks and reduce TOIL.
- Define and manage SLOs and SLIs with product and platform owners.
- Track reliability performance and ensure systems consistently meet agreed SLOs.
- Participate in production support and on-call rotations, including weekends/holidays when required.
- Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate reliability metrics.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- Promote reliability best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product, platform, and IT monitoring teams.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience.
- Strong experience with system reliability, monitoring, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with SLOs, SLIs, and reliability metrics.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Experience automating operational processes and reducing TOIL.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
