Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
 • Excellent Understanding of Oracle database and Oracle Applications 11i and R12/R12.2 concepts, architecture, related utilities and tools.
 • Maintain and Administer Oracle applications Multi-node environments.
 • Day-to-Day Oracle database and Oracle Applications Administration and troubleshooting.
 • Maintaining and Patching Oracle Applications using adpatch and adop.
 • Performance Diagnostics and Tuning for Oracle databases and Oracle Applications.
 • Performance Diagnostics and Tuning of Concurrent Programs.
 • Administration of users and responsibility assignments.
 • Cloning of Oracle Applications instances.
 • Manage and Maintain the Concurrent Managers.
 • Maintain and administer the weblogic components for R12.2 EBiz.
 • Administer, Manage, and Maintain the Oracle Workflow processes.
 • Experience in RAC, ASM and Standby/Data guard Databases.
 • Experience in Oracle RDBMS Patching. PSU/CPU/Rollup patches etc.
 • Experience in Oracle database backup and recovery tasks.
 • Maintaining strong database and applications level security.
 • Troubleshooting Oracle database errors.
 • Strong Knowledge of RMAN and OEM Grid control.
 • Sound Knowledge of Linux and UNIX Operating Systems.
 • Experience in code migration, database change management and data management through the various stages of the development life cycle.
 • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
 • Good documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

Good to have skills :
 • Oracle Database administration and Oracle applications related Certification.
 • Understanding of Weblogic, OAM, SSO , OID , Golden Gate
 • SOX related knowledge
 • Experience in leading a Database administration project and team.
 • OCI Knowledge
 • RAC Knowledge
 • SQL/PLSQL Development experience is added plus

Roles & Responsibilities
 - Looking for a motivated Oracle Applications DBA with a passion for DBA Project and Support work including OCI knowledge. As Oracle Applications DBA, you will be responsible for assisting in various support projects related.
  - Work on the support and project work for Oracle applications
 - Work with other team members for Support or Project work and to ensure project deadlines are met.
 - Conduct research and development to improve knowledge on OCI and Oracle applications DBA.
 - Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and progress.
