Job Summary:
Project Coordinator – Telecom
This role supports the rollout of DIA circuits and SD-WAN appliances across enterprise locations. The Project Coordinator partners with telecom vendors and internal teams to ensure store readiness, accurate planning, and on-schedule deployments. The role requires strong coordination skills and a working understanding of network and telecom infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with company and vendor Telco Project Managers to ensure store readiness and prevent technician turnaways.
Manage communications with store team member leadership points of contact.
Validate Bills of Materials (BOM)
Document and communicate location of existing CPE (Demarc, Cradlepoint, MDF, IDF).
Schedule and manage multiple site visits per location.
Review vendor quotes for budget alignment.
Track progress, issues, schedules, and communications in Smartsheet.
Liaise with Rollout “Deployment Support” team to verify deliverables and ensure definition of done is met.
Track and validate MRC/NRC expenses against quotes and construction allowances
Required Qualifications:
Experience in telecom provisioning and circuit delivery
Familiarity with Network infrastructure
Project coordination experience (Managing or supporting large scale telco/circuit rollouts)
Working knowledge of networking, telecom rooms, and related components.
Strong organizational, communication, and issue-management skills.
Preferred proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, Slack, Outlook
