Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
5–10+ years of software development experience, including 3–5+ years developing on the Salesforce Platform.
Strong proficiency in:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL/SOSL
Visualforce
Salesforce Flows
REST/SOAP APIs
Salesforce DX (SFDX)
OmniStudio
Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and integration architecture.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required for most roles).
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred.
Additional certifications such as:
Salesforce Administrator
Application Architect
System Architect
JavaScript Developer I
Integration Architect
AI Associate or AI Specialist
Experience supporting Federal Government modernization initiatives (e.g., HRSA, HHS, CMS, VA, DHS, DoD).
Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Government Cloud.
Experience integrating Salesforce with Azure, MuleSoft, Power Platform, or enterprise cloud services.
Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility standards, Human-Centered Design (HCD), and DevSecOps practices.
Experience implementing AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities, intelligent automation, and enterprise-scale cloud applications.
