RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Experience Lead onsite in Austin, TX. The anticipated start date is mid to late April.
Summary:
As a Customer Experience Lead, you will oversee end-to-end demo delivery, ensure technical excellence, and lead customer-facing technology engagements. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with project coordination, working closely with account teams, discussion leaders, and customer stakeholders to deliver world-class demonstrations and innovation tours.
Duties:
* Lead conversation with Briefing Requestors to understand customer needs and plan briefing agendas that align with briefing and customer needs
* Conduct discovery and preparation calls between Account Teams and Discussion Leaders to ensure alignment of experience goals
* Schedule and coordinate Discussion Leaders to participate in assigned briefings & events
* Ensure a world class experience for visitors by (as appropriate) setting up rooms, creating welcome packs and printing labels for events, gathering visit feedback
* 100% dedicated to day-of facilitation for briefings & events, including catering
* Design and customize the customer experience journey and content based on account-specific needs to identify and deploy best solutions for customer demonstrations
* Align customer requirements with showcase capabilities and ensure technical relevance
* Lead technical live demos and product deep dives
* Stay updated on new products and technologies for accurate presentations
* Keep current relevant demo and showcase content
* Select and coordinate the right team members to deliver the level of innovation tours
* Review and validate session content to ensure alignment with customer objectives
* Interface with local facilities and securities teams to ensure a seamless experience for visitors
* Ensure data quality and accuracy in MSD (Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent system)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior executives
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple briefings and programs simultaneously
* Event facilitation and presentation skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
* Passion for delivering exceptional experiences that drive business outcomes
* Ability to uncover customer needs and translate them into tailored experiences
* Ability to interpret feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
