The Talent Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. This position focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and be passionate about connecting candidates with opportunities that align with their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on established criteria.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams to facilitate a positive recruitment experience.
- Utilize recruitment metrics to report on progress and improve the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting for various positions across different levels and functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes.
- Understanding of employer branding strategies and their importance in attracting talent.
