Job Title: Data Quality Analyst
Required Skills:
- Deep experience in establishing and enforcing data quality standards, monitoring data integrity, resolving data issues, comparison datasets, and ensuring completeness and consistency across business lines/systems
- Skilled in identifying mot causes, defining controls, and partnering with stakeholders to uphold firmwide data accuracy
- Hands on experience with data cataloging, lineage, and quality monitoring tools leg., Atlan, Alation, Quelytics, Collibra).
- Ability to translate business processes into clear, structured diagrams (swim tanes, data flows, process maps) using Visio or Lucid chart to system design, data lineage, and operational clarity,
- Proficient with PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF/IFS, and multi-tab data blending to create accurate summaries and perform detailed data quality checks for business users
- Experience building reports using predefined views and custom SQL queries, adept at joining multiple data sources, creating calculated fields and parameters: Python is a plus
- Attention to detail, excellent in communications, have analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to operate effectively and independently in an evolving environment
